I am very happy to be able to report that on November 21, 2019, my book “The Grammar of Expressivity”, which I submitted as my so-called “habilitation thesis” to the faculty, was awarded the Offermann-Hergarten Price 2019. This yearly award, which is sponsored by the Offermann-Hergarten Found, is given by a the faculty of philosophy to monographs of “young scholar”. I am very happy the jury considered my work to be innovative and interesting enough and worthy of this price.
Besides my own work, there where four other prices awarded to three PhD theses and one other habilitation theses.
